Our Story

The story of how Radiant Body care was born was, initially, one of necessity. As time went on, it became a passion of Carrie and Mackenzie’s. 

As Mackenzie entered her teen years, she started struggling with her complexion more and more. She and Carrie were hesitant to jump on the medication bandwagon and instead dove into researching. What they found was that the skincare industry approached these issues with a “treat the symptoms only” type of approach. And it did so with ingredients that had deeper implications for the health of the whole body. 

At the same time, Carrie found her own skin changing. Never one to spend much time (ok, ANY time) on skincare, she found herself aware of the dark spots, the wrinkles and fine lines. Again, many of the products on the market were laden with toxic ingredients and involved numerous steps that Carrie knew she would not do. 

So while Mackenzie wildly adjusted her diet to address issues her face was trying to clue her in to, Carrie dove into the world of researching all-natural body care. The problem was…it was expensive! And thus, Radiant Bodycare was born. 

Carrie started making products just for her family. With three teen daughters, making her own natural skincare seemed a good way to save money while also crafting products that were healthy and effective. But, the word got out and people wanted to try the products she had made.

Finally, in 2024, we took the leap to make things official and Mackenzie is the Marketing Director for Radiant! As a mother-daughter team, Mackenzie and Carrie are proud to continue to offer natural, healthy, and effective bodycare products at a price that is affordable! They continue to research new product options and educating themselves on all things natural bodycare related.
